01/10
Breakfast
porridge oats, 1 cup with whole milk, honey and cinnamon
1 cup coffee with cream
1 apple
lunch
1/2 large onken pot of yoghurt (mad dairy cravings which is weird considering how much cheese I eat)
dinner
spaghetti bolognese, 1 small portion of pasta with lots of sauce, no garlic bread (snaps fingers in dismay)
to make sauce
fry onions and garlic in a pan with a little butter or olive oil until soft, add beef mince and cook until completely browned, add 1 tin tomatoes, 1 courgette (zucchini) 1 carrot, 1 pepper (ie what ever is in the fridge) and cover with beef stock, allow to reduce down on a low heat, season to taste
add fresh herbs, basil, tarragon, thyme before serving
if you don't have fresh herbs add your dried herbs with the tomatoes
2 cups of tea
2ltrs water - am very thirsty all the time
02/10 - went to cinema in evening so all disjointed
breakfast - no porridge so boiled two eggs,
1 cup of coffee with cream
no lunch
snack
1 yoghurt pot, 1 apple
1 bag of mixed fruit and nuts at the cinema
1 large cup of pepsi max
dinner
half a serving of couscous with feta and chorizo (added cold sliced sausage)
3 cups of coffee with cream throughout day
03/10 = went to the pictures again
breakfast
porridge with whole milk, honey and nutmeg as lifted wrong spice jar, not too pleasant
1 cup coffee creamer
no lunch
snack
1 yoghurt pot, 100g of cheese eaten in passing, 1 small bag of roasted hazelnuts at the cinema, 1 large pepsi max
dinner
2 slices of rye bread with cheese and pate
large portion of cauliflower cheese
2 cups tea
2 ltrs water
04/10
breakfast
fried egg with bacon and mushrooms - done in butter
dinner
fried egg with sausages and mushrooms (visited a friend, was pretty much all she was willing to risk)
snack
1/2 onken yoghurt pot
small portion of almonds
2 cups tea
1ltr water
I'm pretty sure I've entered ketosis as my breath is vile and I can taste it in the back of my throat
still worried I'm not getting enough fat though
