(I'm not a morning person, this is about the best I can do most mornings)

1/2 pot onken yoghurt
1 cup tea
snack
1 small pot yoghurt
1 apple
not feeling very happy and cranky, which means my appetite goes.

discovered bisto gravy is mostly potato starch

1 slice pinapple upside down cake

2 boiled eggs mashed with butter
